This isn’t some sort of marketing ploy. I don’t work for this company and until they offer me free burgers I don’t plan to. But, guys, seriouslyByron do the nicest burgers evereverever.
Every ingredient is fresh. Apparently the decor of their restaurants represents how ‘simple’ the burgers are (see pictures). Simple, yes. You won’t get fancy sauces or flambeed gerkins or whateverthefuck else restaurants do these days to grab your attention.
But what you will get is the juiciest, tenderest, most delicious burger creation I have ever had the pleasure of sinking my teeth into. Warm burger buns and fresh patties with crunchy salad and just the right dollop of sauce (I don’t know what the sauce is, it’s not mayo or ketchup…). Everythingjust aboutfits into the bun: there’s a bit of burger and salad melting over the edge, but not so much that your date is constantly flicking beef reminants off your cheeks.
The burgers are a bit pricey at about £8 for a burger, no chips or drink, and I’m not sure whether Byron have any branches outside London. But, for the love of God, if you are in London then regardless of how hungry you may be, a trip to Byron is IN ORDER.
